The success story of Stock in Slovenia goes back to the 1980s, when Stock 84 became the leading product in the brandy market, and at the same time became one of the most popular brands in the country. At a later stage, in the 1990s, the Keglevich range of fruit-flavoured vodkas contributed to Stock broadening its appeal, particularly with a younger target audience.
The expansion of sales volumes and the need to manage these brands, led Stock Italy to decide, in 2000, to find a wholly-owned subsidiary company. A young and motivated team was created, helping to bring to market the whole range of Stock brands: Stock 84, Keglevich Classic and fruit-flavoured, Limoncé, Gala Caffè, Stroh Rum and Vodka Amundsen.
Stock Trade d.o.o. today is one of the major players in the alcohol drinks sector in Slovenia. Stock 84 has a 61% market share in the brandy sector, and the Keglevich range, with various flavours, has 20% of the market in the fruit vodka sector.
