Amaro: Radis

This liqueur is obtained from the distillation of aromatic parts of plants, herbs, roots, flowers and spices, carried out by means of infusion, beating and distillation. To these are added top quality alcohols, sugar and caramel that result in a pleasantly soft bitter, rich in aromas.

Grappa Goccia

Goccia is a range of grappas, each made from a single grape variety, in which the sensory profile of each sublimates the aromatic personality of the original grape. The range consists of three unique and authentic products, enhanced by the elegance of their refined packaging: Goccia Chardonnay, Goccia Pinot and Goccia Teroldego.

Sweet Liqueurs

Different degrees of sweetness, united by the unique taste of quality: this is the philosophy that lies at the heart of the sweet liqueurs of Stock. Refined or unusual, these exquisite liqueurs are based are especially suited to the composition of cocktails.

• Triple Sec; Orange Stock: the orange is the dominating ingredient for these liqueurs (whole for the orange, rind only for the Triple Dry), suitable for the most classic of cocktails.
• Sambuca: A great liqueur of the Italian tradition, produced by the natural infusion of two varieties of aniseed: green aniseed and star aniseed. Sambuca is traditionally presented straight with just one coffee bean added
• Cherry Stock and Maraschino: These are two liqueurs of great tradition: Cherry Stock already represents in itself a whole market category, while the Maraschino flavour revives an old Dalmatian tradition, thanks to the infusion of typical cherries in the tradition of cherry liqueur.
• Gala Caffè: The association of coffee with a spirit (grappa, brandy, whisky) is a classic wherever in the world you go. Gala Caffè is a liqueur that goes straight to the heart of that desirable taste, thanks to the combination of the strength of the spirit and the essence of excellent Arabian coffee.

Stock Vermouth

Vermouth is fortified wine made with herbs, spices, sugar and, in the “red” version, caramel. The “white” version is made from white wine, to which is added an aromatic infusion of herbs without any chemical colorants.

Perfect as an aperitif, this is a fundamental ingredient of some of the most famous cocktails.

Drambuie

Drambuie was the personal liqueur of the Scottish Prince Charles Edward Stuart, better known as Bonnie Prince Charlie.

In 1746, having lost the famous battle of Culloden, he took refuge on the Isle of Skye as a guest of Captain John Mackinnon of Strathaird, to whom the Prince gave the secret recipe of his liqueur. For 156 years, the Mackinnon family passed down the recipe from generation to generation until, in 1902, Malcom Mackinnon opened a wines and liqueurs shop in Edinburgh, where he sold Drambuie.

Its name derives from the ancient Gaelic language “An Dram Buidach” – “the drink that satisfies”. Drambuie is a liqueur based on a mixture of 100% Scotch whisky including malt whiskies aged from 15 to 17 years, heather honeys and a strictly secret mix of infusions of herbs and spices.

Drambuie and ginger ale is the perfect long drink: Pour 50 ml of Drambuie into a highball glass filled with ice, fill to the top with ginger ale, add orange rind and decorate with a sprig of mint.

Carlos I

Carlos I is a Brandy Solera Gran Reserva of “Denominacion Especifica” that comes from the Spanish region of Jerez. It is aged for 10 years in oak barrels using the traditional Solera method, which gives Carlos I its harmonious blend. It presents with an intense amber colour with a golden vein.  It also has an intense and persistent flavour with notes of liquorice, vanilla and oak. Enjoy after dinner served straight or on the rocks with dessert and coffee;

Clear spirits

• Wapping Gin is a London Dry Gin offered to specialist bars in 1-litre bottles. The quality of the spirit and its practical elliptical and well balanced bottle make it a “working companion” admired by all bartenders.
• Rum DonQ; Rum DonQ originates from one of the Caribbean’s most established distilleries, in the heart of the Puerto Rico. DonQ is made from selected molasses by traditional methods, and includes a range of products aged from 1 to 12 years.
• Tequila Climax is a Tequila Joven or “young” tequila, containing only 35% alcohol. It was created in Amatitan, in the territory of Jalisco - the only region of Mexico in which tequila can be produced (according to government regulations) – in the shadow of the volcano of the same name. Appropriately, since in the language of the local Nahuati tribes, the word Tequila means Volcano. This is the region where the best quality of Agave Azul grows, the plant that gives this spirit its particular pungent taste. Climax, a pure crystalline essence of the Mexican spirit, is distinguished by its truly innovative packaging: a fire-red bottle that graphically brings to mind the flames of the volcano that gives the drink its name.
